The main point for acne treatment skin care is prevention. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:
- Try not to wear tight, restrictive clothing. It prevents the skin from breathing, which causes toxins to get clogged in the pores.
- Try to sweat at least 3 times a week, be it from cardio, jogging, anything. Also make sure to shower immediately after sweating to wash off everything that you just sweated off.
- Look for make-up that doesn't contain excessive amounts of oil. The oil severely clogs the pores in your skin and makes it difficult to fully clean the pores. It will say on the label if it contains oils or not.
- Avoid eating a lot of fried foods. Besides the fat you'll absorb from the foods, the odds are very good that you'll touch your face without realizing it. The oils that this leaves on your face are almost guaranteed to cause a breakout.
The next most important point, after preventing acne in the first place, is choosing the right acne treatment products to get rid of your acne.
